What You'll Do11
- 1Own client relationships and exceed activity goals through proactive outreach and relationship building
- 2Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers and grow existing client bases
- 3Provide personalized financial wellness advice using system generated leads and professional contacts
- 4Collaborate with branch teammates and external partners to enhance client acquisition and retention
- 5Maintain compliance with operational risk security and audit procedures
- 6Operate teller line and perform core banking tasks as required
- 7Participate in daily huddles and end of day debriefs
- 8Drive weekend coverage when scheduled by management
- 9Utilize digital tools to educate clients on mobile apps and online banking platforms
- 10Manage internal and external centers of influence to achieve business objectives
- 11Ensure accurate cash handling and documentation of all client interactions
Requirements11
- 1Minimum 1 year experience developing client relationships and achieving sales targets
- 2Strong understanding of consumer credit including loan to value debt to income and credit reports
- 3Foundational knowledge of sales techniques including tele consulting and prospecting
- 4Demonstrated ability to overcome objections and ask insightful questions
- 5Notary license preferred but not required
- 6Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital technology platforms
- 7Ability to lift 1 to 30 pounds and drive regularly
- 8High school diploma or equivalent business experience required
- 9Bachelor degree preferred
- 10Excellent communication skills and time management abilities
- 11Commitment to ethical conduct and client advocacy
