Retail Associate, Spa & Sun Spa Sales & Service
Overview
As a spa consultant, you’ll greet and assist clients, maintain the salon, and be the face of Glo Tanning at a Tempe location. You’ll bring a friendly, outgoing attitude and help clients look and feel their best. Prior sales experience is a plus but not required. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment delivering personalized service and supporting salon upkeep.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build relationships with new and existing clients to drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- 2Provide expert recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and create a personalized experience
- 3Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a spotless, organized salon environment
- 4Assist with salon maintenance, routine deep cleaning, and preparation for audits and inspections
- 5Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate when necessary to maintenance team
Requirements5
- 1Must be able to stoop, bend, and lift up to 10 pounds
- 2Quick on your feet to assist in cleaning services and client support
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Available for onsite, full-time schedules in Tempe
- 5Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
