You will own the daily salon experience at Palm Beach Tan in Tempe, turning walk-ins into loyal members. You will manage client interactions, maintain salon standards, and complete daily paperwork. What You'll Do8
- 1Greet every guest with a warm, energetic approach and use your influencer skills to promote tanning and wellness products.
- 2Maintain a clean, organized salon by sweeping, sanitizing, and restocking supplies throughout your shift.
- 3Complete daily paperwork accurately, including client records and sales transactions.
- 4Operate tanning equipment and ensure each session runs smoothly.
- 5Handle cash and card payments, balance the register, and follow cash-handling procedures.
- 6Upsell memberships and retail products by matching products to guest needs.
- 7Assist with inventory counts and new shipment unpacking.
- 8Support team members during rushes and cover breaks as needed.
Requirements7
- 118+ years old per state law for tanning facility employment.
- 2Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods during shifts.
- 3Must lift 25 pounds without assistance for stocking and equipment.
- 4Reliable transportation to the Tempe location.
- 5Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
- 6High school diploma or GED.
- 7Customer service or retail experience preferred, but not required.
