Retail Associate, DME Medical Equipment
Overview
You will own retail operations for a family-owned DME equipment dealer, serving seniors and those with mobility challenges across the Atlanta metro. You will manage inventory, merchandising, and customer interactions in a showroom that has been voted Best Mobility Store in North Atlanta for three years straight. Work Monday-Friday, 9-5, with occasional Saturdays. This temp-to-perm role offers a clear path to full-time employment and a collaborative team culture.
What You'll Do6
- 1Support the Retail Manager with inventory management, merchandising products, and maintaining accurate pricing on DME equipment
- 2Answer incoming calls and assist walk-in customers with product questions and service needs
- 3Assist with equipment rentals, including hospital beds, mobility scooters, power wheelchairs, and Hoyer lifts
- 4Keep the showroom organized, stocked, clean, and customer-ready
- 5Assist with transactions, orders, and basic paperwork
- 6Track receipt of parts and document updates in customer profiles
