Restaurant Manager, QSR & Team Leadership
Overview
You will own daily operations at a busy Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins franchise, driving top-line sales and guest satisfaction. You lead a team of 10-15 crew members, coaching them to deliver consistent quality and speed. Reporting to the franchise owner, you manage scheduling, inventory, and compliance with brand standards. This role stands out for its hands-on leadership and direct impact on store profitability.
What You'll Do8
- 1Lead daily store operations, opening and closing shifts, and managing cash handling procedures.
- 2Coach and develop crew members through on-the-floor training and feedback sessions.
- 3Drive sales growth by executing local marketing initiatives and upselling programs.
- 4Control labor costs by forecasting traffic and adjusting schedules in real time.
- 5Maintain food safety and sanitation standards, passing health inspections with zero violations.
- 6Reduce turnover by fostering a positive team culture and recognizing top performers.
- 7Manage inventory levels, placing orders with suppliers to prevent stockouts and waste.
- 8Resolve guest complaints quickly and professionally, turning detractors into promoters.
Requirements8
- 11+ years of food service management experience, preferably in QSR or coffee shop.
- 2Proven ability to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- 3Authorized to work in the United States and have reliable transportation.
- 4Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and motivating teams.
- 5Ability to create a positive and inclusive team environment.
- 6Dunkin' Donuts or Baskin Robbins experience is a plus.
- 7Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
- 8High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree preferred.
