What You'll Do8

  • 1Coordinate staffing for Audit engagements, matching staff skills and availability to client requirements using Workday and Dayshape.
  • 2Forecast resource demand with leadership, identify capacity gaps, and recommend staffing strategies to balance workloads.
  • 3Maintain staffing and scheduling systems to ensure accurate, real-time team availability and allocation data.
  • 4Monitor utilization and project timelines, providing actionable insights to prevent bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery.
  • 5Serve as central point of contact for staffing updates, communicating schedule changes to leaders and engagement managers.
  • 6Collaborate with HR and Talent Development to support workforce planning, onboarding, and skill development initiatives.
  • 7Analyze staffing trends and process data to streamline resource management and drive operational decisions.
  • 8Manage multiple assignments with precision, demonstrating strong analytical thinking and solution-oriented approaches.

Requirements5

  • 12+ years in resource management, workforce planning, or project operations in public accounting, consulting, or professional services.
  • 2Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 3Strong understanding of Audit engagement lifecycles, staffing models, and operational processes.
  • 4Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • 5Experience with resource management platforms such as Workday, Dayshape, or CCH Axcess Workflow/XCM (preferred).
