What You'll Do8
- 1Diagnose and troubleshoot system components to resolve electrical issues on residential sites.
- 2Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring all work meets NEC and local codes.
- 3Deliver field service and customer support during dispatches, representing Cornerstone Pros with professionalism.
- 4Prepare materials and tools for each project, verifying inventory before departure.
- 5Drive a company vehicle to job sites, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- 6Document completed work and customer interactions for accurate records.
- 7Collaborate with the team during weekly trainings to sharpen technical and service skills.
- 8Provide on-site sales support, identifying upsell opportunities for generators and upgrades.
Requirements7
- 12+ years of electrical experience covering service, repair, and sales.
- 2Proficiency in residential electrical services and building codes.
- 3Strong customer service skills with a technical mindset.
- 4Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
- 5Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- 6Pass pre-employment background check.
- 7Preferred familiarity with Generac Generators (not mandatory).
