What You'll Do8

  • 1Diagnose and repair electrical issues in residential and commercial settings, using voltmeter and ohmmeter to trace faults and validate solutions.
  • 2Install and maintain code-compliant circuits, lighting, and site lighting systems, ensuring adherence to NEC regulations.
  • 3Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute service and project work with accuracy.
  • 4Perform preventive maintenance on low voltage systems, including LED lighting and control wiring.
  • 5Lead by action, demonstrating safe work practices and conscientious behavior on every job site.
  • 6Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent for each project.
  • 7Coordinate with team members and clients to ensure project completion within scope and timeline.
  • 8Operate hand tools and power tools proficiently, keeping a neat personal appearance and a well-organized service vehicle.

Requirements8

  • 18+ years of professional electrical experience in commercial, residential, and property management environments.
  • 2Active journeyman or master electrician license preferred, with company assistance to obtain one.
  • 3Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints, plus familiarity with NEC regulations and low voltage systems.
  • 4Hands-on skill with hand tools, voltmeter, and ohmmeter for troubleshooting and testing.
  • 5Experience in residential and/or commercial service roles, with basic code-compliant wiring and circuit know-how.
  • 6Clean background and drug screen, plus a professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • 7Ability to work safely and consciously in all conditions, with strong attention to detail.
  • 8Valid driver's license with a clean record for company vehicle use.
