What You'll Do8
- 1Visit residential, commercial, and property management sites to assess customer needs and propose solution-driven contract pricing.
- 2Build detailed scopes of work, material lists, and labor hour estimates for each service level project.
- 3Lead field staff and coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate procurement and timely project execution.
- 4Read and interpret schematics and prints to define project requirements and troubleshoot electrical issues.
- 5Apply NEC regulations and low voltage systems knowledge to ensure code-compliant, safe installations.
- 6Maintain accurate records of estimates, purchase orders, and project documentation.
- 7Coordinate with property management and commercial clients to align on expectations and deliverables.
- 8Drive efficiency in the first 90 days by streamlining estimation workflows and mentoring junior staff.
Requirements9
- 110+ years as a Lead Electrician or Estimator in the electrical industry.
- 2Current journeyman or master electrician license preferred; company will assist with acquisition.
- 3Deep knowledge of NEC regulations, low voltage systems, and schematics.
- 4Hands-on experience with basic code compliant wiring, circuits, and lighting.
- 5Strong purchase order and vendor interaction skills.
- 6Ability to read prints and schematics with precision.
- 7Professional appearance and a neat company vehicle, reflecting company standards.
- 8Clean background and drug screen as required.
- 9Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office for estimates and reporting.
