Overview
Residential Janitorial Cleaner responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and inviting multifamily communities across Miami with a strong emphasis on safety and resident experience. You will work with a team to execute established cleaning procedures and property standards, ensuring high-touch areas are disinfected and restrooms are stocked and organized. The role offers on-site, full-time hours with a focus on reliability, punctuality, and professional conduct. You will contribute to a welcoming environment for residents, guests, and vendors while adhering to property procedures and safety guidelines.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain clean lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, amenity spaces, and restrooms to property standards
- 2Disinfect high-touch surfaces, remove trash, and replace liners to maintain safe, hygienic environments
- 3Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces to keep spaces presentable
- 4Report maintenance concerns, leaks, and safety hazards to prevent disruptions
- 5Follow cleaning schedules, checklists, and procedures to ensure consistency across properties
- 6Interact professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and management staff to support operations
- 7Monitor cleaning products and restroom supply levels and restock as needed
- 8Safely use commercial cleaning products, supplies, and equipment in accordance with policies
- 9Ensure janitorial closets and cleaning stations remain organized and stocked
- 10Complete additional cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisors to support property needs
Requirements10
- 1Previous janitorial, housekeeping, porter, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- 2Multifamily residential cleaning experience is a plus
- 3Strong attention to detail and dependable, punctual work ethic
- 4Ability to work independently and follow cleaning procedures and safety instructions
- 5Professional and respectful communication skills in English; bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required
- 6Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties for extended periods
- 7Reliable transportation and availability to work assigned weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on property needs
- 8On-site, full-time position in Miami, FL
- 9Competitive pay of $15.00–$17.00 per hour
- 10Initial training and ongoing supervisory support
