What You'll Do10
- 1Assist driver in safely backing up the truck by guiding from ground level
- 2Load refuse bagging and compacting materials using manual methods
- 3Provide courteous service to residents and direct inquiries appropriately
- 4Maintain compliance with ANSI OSHA and Waste Pro Absolute Guidelines
- 5Report safety concerns and operational issues promptly
- 6Perform cleanup duties including spill response and container replacement
- 7Participate in scheduled corporate training sessions
- 8Stay updated on Waste Pro technologies and best practices
- 9Work flexibly during emergencies and assist other routes as needed
- 10Complete additional job duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing residential waste collection operations
- 3Physically able to lift 50 pounds 800-1000 times daily
- 4Ability to operate heavy equipment in varied weather conditions
- 5Strong interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions
- 6Commitment to following safety protocols and obtaining CDL if required
