What You'll Do9
- 1Ensure the safety of guests and the site
- 2Enforce rules and regulations to maintain smooth operations

- 4Complete intake processes for new guests and provide structured support addressing resident concerns
- 5Initiate crisis interventions and uphold CTI values of equity integrity and compassion
- 6Record all documentation as required by program guidelines
- 7Maintain high standards of customer service and interpersonal communication
- 8Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer applications and data collection
- 9Show exceptional attention to detail in daily tasks
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High School Diploma or equivalent education
- 3At least one year of experience working with individuals in need of social services
- 4Excellent crisis management skills
- 5Proficient computer skills in basic software and data collection
- 6Good attention to detail
- 7Bilingual abilities preferred
