Overview

A hands-on role owning staff scheduling and resident care coordination for seniors in a Phoenix community. You will support the Health & Wellness Director, create and maintain staff schedules, adjust to changing staffing needs, and ensure dependable care for residents. Work in a collaborative environment with caregivers, residents, families, and leadership.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and maintain daily and weekly staff schedules for resident care
  • 2Coordinate staff coverage for shifts, call-outs, vacations, and absences
  • 3Monitor staffing needs and adjust schedules to meet resident care requirements
  • 4Communicate schedule changes clearly to staff and leadership
  • 5Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
  • 6Coordinate onboarding and scheduling of new care team members
  • 7Respond to staffing issues and provide timely solutions
  • 8Support day-to-day coordination and communication within the care team
  • 9Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with residents, families, and staff
  • 10Assist with other administrative and resident-care coordination duties as needed

Requirements5

  • 1Arizona Certified Caregiver required
  • 2Prior experience in senior living, assisted living, healthcare, caregiving, staffing, or scheduling preferred
  • 3Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • 4Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to staffing changes
