What You'll Do10
- 1Build and document care plans and assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinent care to support resident comfort
- 2Deliver meals, cut food, and encourage eating while monitoring nutritional intake and weight per policy
- 3Respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner to ensure resident safety
- 4Communicate with residents, families, and department heads to coordinate care and report changes
- 5Provide planned activities and engagement to enhance resident quality of life
- 6Complete shift assignments and report unfinished tasks to nursing supervisors
- 7Support documentation of vital signs and measurements as required
- 8Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming community environment
- 9Collaborate with the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality service
- 10Follow all policies and procedures to maintain accreditation and safety standards
Requirements5
- 1Current certification by the state of Arizona for Caregiving
- 21-2 years in senior living care settings with prior Caregiver experience preferred
- 3Able to obtain or have CPR/First Aid certification
- 4Able to obtain or have Fingerprint Clearance Card
- 5Able to obtain or have Food Handler’s Card
