What You'll Do7
- 1Deliver medications per residents care plans medication administration
- 2Assist with bathing dressing grooming mobility and eating daily living assistance
- 3Observe document and report changes in residents health to the healthcare team health monitoring
- 4Follow individualized care plans to meet unique resident needs personalized care
- 5Provide companionship emotional support and foster a positive environment emotional support
- 6Maintain a safe clean hazard-free living environment safety cleanliness
- 7Act quickly and appropriately in emergency situations emergency response
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2Valid Arizona Caregiver Certification or MedTech Certification
- 3Current CPR and First Aid Certification
- 4Valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- 5Negative TB Test submission before starting
- 6Pre-employment drug test and background check
- 7Proficient in medication administration and documentation
- 8Excellent communication skills and compassionate care approach
- 9Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- 10Prior assisted living or healthcare experience is a plus
