What You'll Do7
- 1Execute product resets following planograms and company guidelines
- 2Collaborate with store management and staff to ensure smooth execution
- 3Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and tracking
- 4Communicate effectively with team members regarding merchandising needs
- 5Provide excellent customer service answering questions and assisting shoppers
- 6Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area during resets
- 7Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to management
Requirements8
- 1Previous retail experience preferred
- 2Strong customer service skills to engage shoppers
- 3Familiarity with inventory management practices
- 4Knowledge of sales techniques and merchandising principles
- 5Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 6Proficiency with cash registers or RF scanners
- 7Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
