What You'll Do7
- 1Execute product resets according to planograms and company guidelines
- 2Collaborate with store management and staff to ensure smooth execution of resets
- 3Utilize rf scanners for inventory management and tracking
- 4Communicate effectively with team members and store personnel regarding merchandising needs
- 5Provide excellent customer service answering questions and assisting customers
- 6Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area during resets
- 7Monitor stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment to management
Requirements6
- 1Previous experience in a retail environment preferred
- 2Strong customer service skills with ability to engage with customers effectively
- 3Familiarity with inventory management practices
- 4Knowledge of sales techniques and merchandising principles is beneficial
- 5Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- 6Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills
