Grocery Reset Merchandiser, Planogram & Retail Reset
Overview
You own in-store resets and restocks for top grocery clients, executing planograms across multiple locations. You work solo or with a team, reporting to store management and collaborating with associates. CROSSMARK provides paid training, weekly pay, and mileage reimbursement. This role offers a consistent daytime schedule with no evenings or weekends.
What You'll Do7
- 1Reset and restock store sections according to planograms for nationally recognized products.
- 2Build professional relationships with store management and associates to ensure smooth execution.
- 3Merchandise shelves, displays, and end caps to meet client specifications.
- 4Manage your territory schedule, traveling between stores and reporting completion via mobile device.
- 5Communicate with supervisors on inventory issues, out-of-stocks, and planogram discrepancies.
- 6Follow reset instructions precisely, including product placement, facing, and signage.
- 7Complete online training and apply learned standards to each store visit.
Requirements7
- 118+ years old or older.
- 2Availability Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
- 3Smartphone with internet access for reporting and communication.
- 4Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 60 lbs occasionally.
- 5Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- 6Physical capability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- 7Experience with planograms is a plus.
