Reserve Analyst - Expert Reserve Study Specialist
Overview
The Reserve Analyst leads reserve study reports for HOAs and condos. This exempt full-time role offers DOE salary and sign-on bonus. You will coordinate planning and train team members while developing expertise in reserve studies. This position differs by focusing on independent judgment and developing best practices across divisions.
What You'll Do12
- 1Develop meaningful relationships with internal and external clients including Division leadership and board members
- 2Provide training for Reserve Specialists through job shadowing and instruction on best practices
- 3Research historical data and current deficiencies of communities
- 4Review reserve fund balances and forecast future needs based on pricing adjustments
- 5Conduct site inspections and create asset inventories with condition assessments
- 6Estimate costs for maintenance repairs and generate 30-year funding plans
- 7Independently create timelines for repairs considering vendors and permits
- 8Estimate and present funding plans to the Board of Directors
- 9Partner with Assistant Director to set pricing and timelines for reserve seasons
- 10Lead training sessions for critical path partners on reserve study processes
- 11Serve as resource for management teams and boards of directors
- 12Provide direct training and support to association boards and management teams
Requirements12
- 1Bachelor’s degree preferred with two years reserve study experience
- 2Strong foundation in accounting project management and sales
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Excel and Word
- 4Ability to learn enterprise software quickly
- 5Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 6Team player who meets deadlines and manages shifting priorities
- 7Valid driver’s license vehicle insurance and clean driving record
- 8Adaptable dependable attitude with excellent attendance
- 9Professional respectful demeanor with all stakeholders
- 10Analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities
- 11Experience working independently with minimal direction
- 12Willingness to learn company processes and procedures
