- 1Capture and convert reservation inquiries across multiple channels
- 2Coordinate and confirm bookings for rooms suites residences spa dining and additional revenue opportunities
- 3Provide exceptional personalized service to guests travel advisors and internal stakeholders
- 4Manage chat communication platforms responding to guest inquiries professionally
- 5Handle guest requests special accommodations and resolve concerns following Four Seasons standards
- 6Complete pre-arrival processes confirming reservations billing details and waitlisted services
- 7Support cross-functional teams such as Group Reservations and Guest Recognition
- 8Maintain accurate records and data within reservation and property systems
- 9Support emergency communication protocols and respond to incidents according to hotel procedures
- 10Collaborate across shared-services cluster to ensure consistency and operational efficiency
Requirements9
- 1Fluency in English reading writing and speaking
- 23+ years of experience in luxury hotel sales reservations or operations
- 3Proven ability to drive sales conversions and maximize revenue opportunities
- 4Strong analytical organizational and multitasking skills
- 5Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- 6Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up with a strong sense of urgency
- 7Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and Opera PMS
- 8Ability to adapt in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- 9Collaborative mindset supporting a shared-services model
