What You'll Do10
- 1Engage warm leads from RV dealer partners across the U.S. and Canada
- 2Guide customers through account setup membership activation and renewals
- 3Answer inbound calls related to reservations memberships and general inquiries
- 4Upsell add-on camping products and refer upgrade opportunities
- 5Lead & Account Management collect enter and manage leads in the RVD Portal and CRM systems
- 6Ensure accuracy of customer records and complete all follow-up tasks
- 7Maintain working knowledge of products promotions and policies
- 8Meet call handling quality assurance and sales performance metrics
- 9Resolve customer issues with professionalism and follow-through
- 10Collaborate with team members and support overall team goals
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in sales or customer service
- 3CPC Card certification
- 4BCBA certification
- 5AWS Certified
