What You'll Do8
- 1Manage and lead product analysis and testing while documenting progress and results in Albert systems
- 2Provide technical support to customers and analyze post-release results
- 3Perform data analysis and make experimental recommendations
- 4Participate in scientific publications and present internal/external technical work
- 5Develop innovative products by understanding customer needs and market trends
- 6Collaborate with product management production and sourcing teams
- 7Contribute to intellectual property generation including patents and publications
- 8Communicate with stakeholders to optimize processes toward customer requirements
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in chemistry chemical engineering materials science equivalent from four-year college
- 2Master's or PhD strongly preferred
- 33-5 years related chemistry industry experience
- 4Ability to work independently on defined projects managing multiple activities
- 5Experience setting up experiments and performing characterization testing on formulations
