Rents Shop Supervisor - Bensalem PA
Overview
Lead and prioritize shop operations to maximize technician productivity equipment utilization and cost control. Manage the Rents Service Dashboard including down equipment make-ready units rental damage and customer repairs. Oversee work order processing WIP management invoicing and warranty compliance to ensure timely and accurate completion. Partner with Rental Management to align repair priorities with business needs. Supervise coach and develop Shop Service Technicians and the Service Advisor through ongoing feedback and performance reviews. Maintain a safe clean and compliant work environment while enforcing Foley policies and safety standards. Provide technical support warranty guidance and process improvement leadership to enhance shop performance and profitability.

Requirements6
- 15+ years experience in heavy equipment construction equipment rental or diesel service industries
- 2Associate degree in Diesel Technology Heavy Equipment Technology Business Management or related field
- 3Five or more years of supervisory lead technician or service manager background
- 4Strong customer service delivery negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities
- 5Expertise with Microsoft Office Excel Word and similar applications
