Rental Manager, Commercial Truck Fleet - Denver
Overview
You will own the sales and operations of our commercial truck rental line, managing a multi-million-dollar fleet and driving revenue and profitability. You will lead business development, account management, and asset utilization, while coaching to maximize branch performance. You will work closely with shop personnel to ensure client-ready trucks and resolve issues. This role offers 15% commission on top of a $51k-56k base and a clear path to leadership.
What You'll Do8
- 1Match fleet availability with client needs to maximize revenue and utilization.
- 2Drive profitability through pricing, utilization, and asset decisions on rental transactions.
- 3Build and maintain client relationships in person and by phone for high satisfaction.
- 4Complete rental paperwork and coordinate with shop personnel for on-time truck readiness.
- 5Resolve customer complaints within Hogan policies to ensure loyalty.
- 6Pursue new commercial rental accounts and develop leads for full-service lease and maintenance contracts.
- 7Partner with other sales staff to achieve branch financial goals.
- 8Execute company sales and marketing strategies for the rental product line.

- 1Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 22+ years sales or leadership experience preferred.
