Commercial Lines Account Manager, Insurance (Denver)

You own a book of commercial insurance clients at Trailstone Insurance Group, protecting their assets and guiding them through coverage decisions. What You'll Do7
- 1Retain clients through proactive outreach, personalized service, and renewal reviews at least 90 days before expiration.
- 2Handle inbound service needs: billing, certificates, audits, endorsements, and claims support.
- 3Identify cross-sell opportunities such as umbrella, cyber, and EPLI, and bundle personal insurance.
- 4Maintain accuracy in the agency management system and follow processes for remarketing and quoting.
- 5Document all client interactions and policy changes in the system.
- 6Support other account managers when needed, covering for absences and sharing workload.
- 7Embrace feedback and bring a positive, team-first mindset to daily work.
Requirements8
- 12+ years of Commercial Lines experience or equivalent, with an active insurance license.
- 2Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and CRM systems.
- 3Written and verbal communication that builds trust and clarity.
- 4Organization and follow-through that keep renewals and service tasks on track.
- 5Problem-solving that resolves client issues efficiently and accurately.
