Overview
You own the customer pickup experience at MAC.BID, a fast-growing auction house liquidating truckloads of returns and overstock. You guide winning bidders through item location, scanning, and loading, ensuring every pickup runs smoothly. You work directly with the Removal Team Lead and a small crew, handling 25-50 pound items in a warehouse. This role suits someone who thrives on movement, customer interaction, and keeping operations tidy.
What You'll Do7
- 1Scan customers in and out for item pickups using MAC.BID's system
- 2Greet and assist customers in finding their auction items on shelves
- 3Make customers glad they won an item to encourage repeat bidding
- 4Follow written directions and company policies for item categorization
- 5Lift up to 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with a team lift
- 6Keep shelves organized and labeled per category
- 7Perform other tasks assigned by management to support pickup flow
Requirements6
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Availability to work on-site, Monday through Saturday, 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch
- 3Ability to lift 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with a team lift
