Overview
You own the storefront and parking lot experience, keeping the grounds clean and guests served at a busy retail location. You work with the front-end team and report to the shift lead, handling cart retrieval, debris removal, and bagging assistance. What You'll Do8
- 1Collect carts from the parking lot and return them to the store entrance, maintaining a steady flow during peak hours.
- 2Remove debris and trash from the lot, sweeping as needed and responding to spills within 15 minutes.
- 3Offer bagging and loading help to customers, carrying items to their cars when requested.
- 4Perform price checks when the cashier is busy, using the store's mobile scanner.
- 5Follow all safety and sanitation rules, including OSHA standards for cleaning and lifting.
- 6Keep the cart corral tidy and the entrance free of obstacles to prevent trip hazards.
- 7Stock the bagging station and report supply shortages to the shift lead.
- 8Assist with any other duties assigned by management, including seasonal setup or cleanup.
Requirements6
- 116+ years old (minimum legal age for this role).
- 2High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- 30-1+ years of work experience in any customer-facing or physical role.
- 4Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and rotate for full shifts.
- 5Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- 6Reliable attendance and punctuality, with availability for weekend and holiday shifts.
