What You'll Do11
- 1Contact provided leads to schedule virtual meetings with clients
- 2Present benefit programs and assist clients with enrollment

- 6Analyze call metrics and improve conversion rates

Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing remote sales teams
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential valued
- 5AWS Certified relevant experience
- 6Laptop or desktop computer with working camera
- 7Valid insurance license or ability to obtain one
- 8Reside in North America including United States or Canada
- 9Strong verbal communication and relationship-building abilities
- 10Friendly outgoing personality with professional demeanor
