What You'll Do9

Requirements8

  • 1Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 12+ years experience or Master's with 8+ years relevant experience
  • 2Deep knowledge of hardware reliability system architecture data center infrastructure and PCBA-level failure mechanisms
  • 3Strategic leadership proven ability to influence executives by translating technical data into business strategies
  • 4Demonstrated success leading large-scale cross-functional reliability initiatives while mentoring engineering teams
  • 5Expertise in identifying systemic reliability risks and implementing data-driven solutions to improve RAS
  • 6Black Belt certification/CRE/CQE preferred
  • 7Minimum 5+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 812+ years of experience in reliability engineering or equivalent technical leadership
