What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and expand client relationships to drive revenue and share of wallet

  • 4Leverage reporting and sales tools to identify and convert opportunities

  • 6Ensure regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks are mitigated
  • 7Analyze client needs and financial health to deliver customized solutions
  • 8Drive client loyalty and experience through proactive engagement

Requirements10

  • 15+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • 2Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3Strong relationship management and client engagement skills
  • 4Ability to assess and mitigate various types of risk including credit and regulatory
  • 5Willingness to work in-office in Phoenix, AZ
  • 6Knowledge of credit processes and financial analysis tools
  • 7Ability to leverage internal and external networks to grow book of business
  • 8Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • 9Understanding of bank products and services for business customers
  • 10Compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements like FINRA/SAFE as applicable
