What You'll Do10
- 1Build a portfolio of 70 90 business clients with annual revenue of 1 5 million and provide deposits cash management and credit opportunities up to 500000
- 2Deliver an outstanding client experience by offering customized banking solutions aligned to client needs
- 3Identify promote and connect clients with specialists across lines of business to meet financial goals
- 4Conduct regular in person visits with prospects COIs and existing clients at their place of business
- 5Follow a disciplined relationship development process to maintain and expand client relationships
- 6Review processes with manager and adjust strategies as needed
- 7Identify and pursue new business opportunities to cultivate long term primary banking relationships
- 8Understand client personal financial goals and coordinate with partners to fulfill needs
- 9Balance client needs with firm risk and adhere to regulatory requirements
- 10Support assigned branches and contribute to risk management and compliance efforts
Requirements5
- 1Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
- 2Strong knowledge of business credit products and services and diverse industry practices
- 3Excellent communication skills with clients and internal partners
- 4Ability to prioritize and own client issues from start to finish
- 5Proficient in MS Office including Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint
