Overview
Herman Healthcare Center seeks full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for PM shift and on-call across California. This role focuses on skilled nursing and senior care delivering high-quality treatment tailored to patient goals.
What You'll Do11
- 1Evaluate and monitor patient response to therapeutic regimen addressing findings appropriately
- 2Assess quality of assigned patients care following up on quality concerns
- 3Document patient response to nursing interventions linked to nursing diagnoses
- 4Review patient and family understanding updating care plans as needed
- 5Lead and ship care plans based on intervention effectiveness and patient status changes
- 6Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- 7Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards
- 8Participate in staff meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
- 9Support transition planning for patients moving toward home or long-term care
- 10Implement evidence-based practices to reduce hospitalizations
- 11Contribute to a compassionate environment fostering dignity and comfort
Requirements7
- 1Valid California RN license or proof of imminent licensure renewal
- 2Experience in skilled nursing facility preferred
- 3Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure
- 4Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 5Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
- 6Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays
- 7Background check and credential verification required
Salary Insight
$104 - $112k per year
