What You'll Do9
- 1Conduct comprehensive in-home nursing assessments for new and existing clients
- 2Maintain a sales mindset during assessments to convert prospects into clients
- 3Develop and update individualized care plans based on client needs
- 4Delegate nursing tasks and train caregivers following state regulations
- 5Perform medication management and clinical procedures within RN scope
- 6Monitor client progress and report changes to physicians and families
- 7Complete accurate documentation and coordinate care with office staff
- 8Serve as a clinical resource for caregivers through education and support
- 9Collaborate to maintain safe compliant care environments
Requirements7
- 1Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license
- 2Minimum two years nursing experience in geriatrics home health hospice or senior care
- 3Strong assessment sales and clinical decision-making skills
- 4Excellent communication interpersonal abilities and ability to manage multiple priorities
- 5Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic medical records
- 6Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 7Comprehensive patient assessments care planning medication administration infection prevention vital signs patient and caregiver education documentation compliance dementia Alzheimer's care hospice support
