- 41+ years Home Health experience
- 5Ability to work independently solid communication skills
- 6Pay range $75450-$113174 annual total cash target
- 7Per visit point pay $36.27-$54.41 hourly $43.53-$65.29
- 8Compensation includes per visit point and hourly rates
