- 5Document care plans and progress in real time using BAYADA systems
- 6Participate in paid training and simulation labs to enhance clinical confidence
- 7Maintain 24/7 on-call support for clinical escalation
- 8Support scheduling flexibility with 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts during evenings and weekends
- 9Ensure safety and infection control standards are upheld
- 10Contribute to a positive caregiving culture emphasizing dignity and respect
Requirements10
- 1Active RN license for PA or NJ
- 2Experience with ALS patient care and vent/trach management preferred
- 3Willingness to work evenings, overnights, and weekends
- 4Strong bedside nursing skills and compassionate bedside manner
- 5Ability to work in clients' homes and manage flexible self-scheduling
- 6Proficiency with electronic documentation systems
- 7Excellent communication and collaboration with families and clinical teams
