Registered Dental Assistant
Overview
Phase 1 Equity LLC seeks a skilled Registered Dental Assistant to support orthodontic services. The ideal candidate will provide clinical assistance and patient care while maintaining high standards of hygiene and organization.
What You'll Do11
- 1Prepare treatment chairs and instruments before patient appointments
- 2Assist orthodontist chairside during procedures
- 3Provide suction and direct support during treatments
- 4Support placement and removal of orthodontic appliances
- 5Escort patients and ensure their comfort
- 6Address patient questions with professionalism
- 7Take and process dental radiographs and digital scans
- 8Follow sterilization and infection control protocols
- 9Maintain clean and organized operatories
- 10Document treatment notes and patient progress
- 11Coordinate with front office for patient scheduling
Requirements10
- 1Active Registered Dental Assistant certification required
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Graduation from an accredited dental assisting program
- 4Minimum 1–2 years orthodontic experience
- 5Current radiology certification if required
- 6Current BLS/CPR certification
- 7Proficiency in radiography and digital imaging
- 8Familiarity with orthodontic instruments and software
- 9Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- 10Excellent interpersonal communication abilities

$58 - $64k per year
