What You'll Do8

  • 1Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
  • 2Collect, record, and analyze data on student academics, behaviors, and progress toward goals.
  • 3Support students in developing communication, social, and academic skills in one-on-one and small group settings.
  • 4Collaborate with teachers and specialists to maintain consistent behavior supports and implement safety plans.
  • 5Assist with classroom instruction, including task analysis and discrete trials, under BCBA guidance.
  • 6Accompany students during transitions and provide physical support, including lifting when needed.
  • 7Participate in staff development and active membership on Special Needs or Supportive Services Teams.
  • 8Foster an inclusive environment by addressing bias and supporting equitable access to learning opportunities.

Requirements8

  • 1High school diploma or GED.
  • 2Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • 3Experience with Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Classroom) and PowerSchool preferred.
  • 4Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • 5Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic school setting.
  • 6Bilingual skills in Spanish or Portuguese are highly desirable.
  • 7Must pass C.O.R.I. and S.O.R.I. background checks.
  • 8Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
