Overview
Deliver direct behavioral support to children with autism in a Braintree school setting. You hold RBT certification and apply ABA techniques to reduce challenging behaviors and teach replacement skills. What You'll Do8
- 1Implement ABA behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collecting data on each child's progress.
- 2Support students with autism during classroom activities, transitions, and social interactions, adapting to individual needs.
- 3Reduce maladaptive behaviors through RBT-trained techniques, ensuring safe and positive learning environments.
- 4Document behavioral observations in EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools after each session.
- 5Collaborate with teachers, parents, and clinical teams to align strategies and reinforce skill generalization.
- 6Drive to and from the Braintree facility within a 30-40 mile radius, arriving by 8:00 AM daily.
- 7Engage students in structured play and academic tasks, building rapport and motivation.
- 8Adjust intervention strategies in real time based on data patterns and supervisor feedback.
Requirements7
- 1RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- 21+ years of experience working with children, with autism experience preferred.
- 3Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle within a 30-40 minute drive of Braintree.
- 4Availability Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:30 PM, with optional Saturdays.
- 5Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- 6High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in psychology or related field is a plus.
- 7Must pass a background check and provide professional references.
