What You'll Do7
- 1Deliver ABA therapy in diverse settings including homes schools and clinics
- 2Teach communication social and daily living skills
- 3Develop individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- 4Track progress and maintain quality through accurate documentation
- 5Collaborate with BCBAs and team members to ensure effective care
- 6Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions
- 7Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent with 6+ months relevant experience
- 2Availability afternoons evenings weekends and holidays
- 3Valid driver’s license and insurance for reliable transportation
- 4Pass background checks drug screening and driving record review
- 5NJ residents must be at least 21 years old with 1+ year experience in childcare healthcare or related fields
