What You'll Do9
- 1Design and implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- 2Deliver ABA therapy in homes schools and community venues
- 3Teach communication social and daily living skills
- 4Collect organize and document session data accurately
- 5Collaborate with BCBAs and families to maintain quality standards
- 6Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks
- 7Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
- 8Support operations including scheduling and documentation
- 9Maintain vehicle reliability and complete required background checks
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or GED with 6+ months relevant experience
- 2Availability mornings afternoons evenings weekends and holidays
- 3Valid driver’s license insurance and reliable transportation
- 4Ability to pass background checks drug screening and driving records
- 5Preference for childcare education or related field experience
- 6Active RBT certification in good standing
- 7Commitment to continuous learning and career advancement
