Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Evening Cases
Overview
As an RBT at Succeed ABA, you will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism (ages 1-21) in their homes across Indianapolis. You will work under BCBA supervision, collect data on behavior and skill acquisition, and adjust programs for consistency. Part-time and full-time roles offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, PTO, and clear paths to grow within a supportive clinical team.
What You'll Do7
- 1Deliver 1:1 ABA interventions in home and community settings, targeting goals set by the BCBA.
- 2Record and graph skill acquisition and behavior data during each session using RBT protocols.
- 3Communicate session updates and client progress to supervisors via daily notes and team debriefs.
- 4Implement behavior reduction plans with fidelity, using reinforcement and prompting strategies.
- 5Coordinate with program staff during treatment planning to ensure continuity across settings.
- 6Adjust teaching materials and activities to match each client's motivation and needs.
- 7Track and report client progress monthly for insurance claims and clinical decisions.
Requirements6
- 1RBT certification from the BACB (required).
- 2Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required).
- 31+ year experience working with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (required).
- 4Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- 5Willingness to follow instructions, ask questions, and receive constructive feedback.
- 6Demonstrated patience and passion for supporting individuals with developmental challenges.
