What You'll Do6
- 1Implement 1:1 ABA therapy using reinforcement, prompting, and functional skill teaching

- 5Collaborate with families and team members to ensure consistent interventions
- 6Complete ongoing RBT training and adhere to ethical standards
Requirements6
- 1Current RBT certification from the BACB
- 2High school diploma or equivalent required
- 31+ year experience in behavior analysis or with autism preferred
- 4Strong verbal and written communication
- 5Ability to work collaboratively and stay organized
- 6Physical ability to engage in floor activities and lifting
