What You'll Do7

  • 1Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based, implementing behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
  • 2Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track client data during sessions.
  • 3Collaborate in clinical meetings, receiving ongoing feedback and supervision from a BCBA.
  • 4Maintain program books and develop teaching materials for client-specific goals.
  • 5Communicate progress to parents and caregivers, updating them on behavioral and developmental milestones.
  • 6Provide basic care such as toileting and eating as needed during sessions.
  • 7Travel between client locations within a 20-mile radius, maintaining a consistent weekly schedule.

Requirements7

  • 1RBT certification preferred, but not required; must be willing to obtain certification within training period.
  • 2High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 318+ years old.
  • 4Prior experience working with children, with ASD experience strongly preferred.
  • 5Reliable transportation and comfort traveling between client homes.
  • 6Physically able to kneel, bend, lift up to 40 lbs, and move with children.
  • 7Commitment to a consistent weekly schedule, including afternoon hours.
