You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills. What You'll Do7
- 1Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based, implementing behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
- 2Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track client data during sessions.
- 3Collaborate in clinical meetings, receiving ongoing feedback and supervision from a BCBA.
- 4Maintain program books and develop teaching materials for client-specific goals.
- 5Communicate progress to parents and caregivers, updating them on behavioral and developmental milestones.
- 6Provide basic care such as toileting and eating as needed during sessions.
- 7Travel between client locations within a 20-mile radius, maintaining a consistent weekly schedule.
Requirements7
- 1RBT certification preferred, but not required; must be willing to obtain certification within training period.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent.
- 318+ years old.
- 4Prior experience working with children, with ASD experience strongly preferred.
- 5Reliable transportation and comfort traveling between client homes.
- 6Physically able to kneel, bend, lift up to 40 lbs, and move with children.
- 7Commitment to a consistent weekly schedule, including afternoon hours.
Salary Insight
