What You'll Do7
- 1Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- 2Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- 3Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- 4Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- 5Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
- 6Use positive reinforcement techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior change
- 7Conduct preference assessments and assist with functional behavior assessments
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Basic computer skills for data collection and reporting
- 4Patience and compassion when working with individuals with ASD
- 5Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
