You will teach behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting at MeBe's Learning Center. RBT certification is preferred, and MeBe provides 2 weeks paid training to help you pass the exam. You will follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs, track progress in Central Reach, and collaborate with clinical supervisors. What You'll Do8

  • 1Teach behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in 1:1 sessions.
  • 2Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to increase communication, self-help, and play skills.
  • 3Record behavior analysis in Central Reach after each session.
  • 4Relay progress to BCBAs and assist with assessments.
  • 5Ensure compliance with ABA and insurance regulations by clocking in/out and submitting notes.
  • 6Help maintain a safe and organized workplace, including lunch and bathroom breaks.
  • 7Take co-ownership of treatment planning and voice concerns to supervisors.
  • 8Build positive family relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.

Requirements8

  • 1RBT certification preferred; must obtain within 45 days of employment.
  • 2TRICARE certification preferred.
  • 3Background in child care (teaching, counseling, babysitting) preferred.
  • 4First Aid and CPR certification preferred; must obtain CPR/BLS before working with clients.
  • 5Ability to pass a background check.
  • 6At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • 7High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Pediatrics or Human Development preferred.
  • 8Ability to work with computers and use tablets for data collection.
