What You'll Do11
- 1Oversee operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- 2Act as primary liaison between regional operations and upper management communicating strategies challenges and successes
- 3Develop and implement strategies to optimize performance and efficiency across all sites and regions
- 4Empower regions to operate independently while maintaining alignment with corporate strategies
- 5Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics implementing improvements and fostering continuous improvement
- 6Manage resource allocation and on-site employees providing guidance support and performance evaluations
- 7Oversee enterprise project execution and integrations ensuring timely completion and seamless implementation
- 8Collaborate with program leads and service providers to ensure integrated operations and advance strategic initiatives
- 9Understand customer business needs and support organizational change initiatives
- 10Work with Program support functions to manage cross-functional processes and identify opportunities to improve service performance
- 11Directly support Program Manager and Deputy in completing regional programmatic responsibilities including staffing deliverables monthly reporting and ad hoc requests
Requirements11
- 1University Degree or equivalent experience 7+ years in work related experience
- 2TS/SCI with poly clearance required
- 3Experience managing enterprise programs valued between $25M-$50M
- 4Major sub-function for a large program
- 5Expertise in Service Management and Service Integration solutions
- 6PMI PgMP or PMP certification
- 7Active ITIL 4 or ITIL Foundation certification
- 8Ability to influence others and communicate with executive leadership
- 9Demonstrated experience with business and management principles including strategic planning resource allocation production methods and coordination of people and resources
- 10Skilled at working collaboratively in complex environments driving performance achievement
- 11Bachelor’s degree in STEM field preferred with advanced degrees and certifications desired
