Regional Sales Manager Fitness - Tampa, FL
Overview
Lead sales operations across 9+ CR Fitness clubs in Florida and beyond, driving new member acquisition and presale performance. You will own the sales strategy, team development, and revenue targets for a rapidly expanding franchise group. Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Personal Training leaders to align on growth. This role blends analytical rigor with people leadership in a mission-driven fitness company.
What You'll Do7
- 1Drive membership revenue by executing sales strategies across all designated markets, focusing on new member acquisition and presale campaigns.
- 2Develop and mentor Regional Vice Presidents, District Managers, and General Managers to build a high-performing sales culture.
- 3Own monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue and unit targets, reporting progress to executive leadership.
- 4Analyze weekly and monthly sales metrics, using CRM tools and forecasting to adjust tactics.
- 5Collaborate with the NCO team to launch new clubs and execute successful presale events in expanding markets.
- 6Align with Marketing and Operations to optimize member acquisition and retention funnels.
- 7Model and enforce the company's vision and values, fostering an accountability-driven environment.
Requirements7
- 110+ years of progressive sales leadership in the fitness industry.
- 2Proven record of scaling sales teams and driving multi-unit revenue growth.
- 3Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and influence all levels of the organization.
- 4Analytical mindset with experience in sales metrics, CRM tools, and reporting.
- 5Passion for fitness and alignment with CR Fitness's mission.
- 6Willingness to travel up to 75% across markets.
- 7Willingness to relocate based on company needs.
