What You'll Do5
- 1Act as liaison between sites and central office conducting monthly meetings
- 2Maintain file compliance and analyze monthly financial reports for each property
- 3Supervise assistants and managers including floating staff and property managers
- 4Conduct bi-monthly site visits to monitor physical assets and operational needs
- 5Drive acquisition strategies and ensure adherence to financial benchmarks
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years multi-site property supervision experience
- 2Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance meeting EAH standards
- 3Current California Real Estate Sales License or ability to obtain within 9 months
- 4Strong supervisory skills and experience with HUD TCAC DFEH ADA guidelines
- 5Preferred experience with affordable housing programs and tax credit properties
Salary Insight
$90 - $148k per year
