What You'll Do11

- 5Conduct monthly property inspections and evaluate maintenance operations
- 6Manage capital projects and anticipate future needs
- 7Maintain compliance with Fair Housing and local regulations
- 8Lead team development through coaching and mentorship
- 9Represent SAHA in legal matters and community engagements
- 10Travel extensively throughout the Bay Area for portfolio oversight
- 11Analyze financial data and propose operational improvements
Requirements12
- 1Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in property management
- 2Minimum three years supervisory experience with proven leadership abilities
- 3Three years managing Property Managers in affordable housing settings
- 4Current Certified Occupancy Specialist or recent certification
- 5Tax credit certification within six months of hire
- 6California driver's license and DMV clearance
- 7Strong Excel proficiency and familiarity with Yardi platform
- 8Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
- 9Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- 10Experience with HUD and local housing regulations
- 11Proactive approach to identifying process improvements
- 12Physical stamina for frequent travel and varied work conditions
