What You'll Do19
- 1Recruit interview hire onboard and manage Program Leads and field staff within the region
- 2Conduct performance evaluations provide coaching and develop talent pipelines

- 4Maintain qualified bench of clinical and full-time staff
- 5Review approve timecards and schedule resources for optimal coverage
- 6Oversee daily operations of mobile programs ensuring quality and compliance
- 7Perform site visits to assess clinical quality operational efficiency and staff performance
- 8Manage vehicle assignments equipment readiness and supply logistics
- 9Develop action plans address challenges and drive continuous improvement
- 10Oversee clinic finances and billing for mobile services
- 11Coordinate travel logistics for mobile teams and equipment deployments
- 12Maintain hands-on clinical competency provide onsite services as needed
- 13Support complex case resolution with clinical leadership
- 14Conduct regular audits and quality assurance reviews
- 15Act as primary operational contact for regional clients
- 16Collaborate with executive team HR IT and compliance leaders

Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading mobile health initiatives
- 35+ years constructing OT programs with Clinical Leadership
- 42-4 years managing cross-functional teams
- 5Current AHA BLS certification
- 6California driver's license and clean driving record
- 7High School Diploma or GED minimum with associate or bachelor's preferred
- 8Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems
- 9Strong communication problem-solving and organizational abilities
- 10Ability to work independently in fast-paced field environments
